Second, if you think that *any* President’s powers ought to be limited, even in a “time a war”, read this:

This seems like a good idea to me, something even Republicans could get behind. (Not that they will; knowing as they do that their leader is the one that makes such an amendment necessary, they’ll probably fight it tooth and nail. That might be a good thing. I could see the public really taking to this amendment.)
