    Thanks for the link to Bev's blog. I really like her idea of snapshot memories. I think it would be a good exercise for me to write down some of mine in my own blog. I'll share one early, happy one here. It's 1956 and I'm six. I sit on the floor in the eating area of our house in Whittier California, my back pressed against a wall and my legs spread wide. The skirt of my dress has a border print of Snow White and the seven dwarves marching round and round. Between my legs snuggle the five still black and very curly tiny Bedlington Terrier puppies who have recently been born to my first dog, Tinkerbell. I feel pure delight.
